New Operating Hours During Tax Season

In an effort to increase efficiencies, production and turnaround time on work during tax season, the office be closed to the public on Fridays and Saturdays beginning January 2024. We will still be working and can be contacted through email and the client portal. Telephone calls will go to voicemail and will be checked throughout the day and routed to the appropriate staff member.

Allowing staff to concentrate on completing work uninterrupted will allow us to achieve our desired turnaround time for tax returns and other projects worked on during this time. Monday through Thursday will have extended hours to 6:30 and possibly later, by appointment. The hours we’re open for pick-up and delivery of data will now be:

Monday 8:00 am to 6:30 pm

Tuesday 8:00 am to 6:30 pm

Wednesday 8:00 am to 6:30 pm

Thursday 8:00 am to 6:30 pm

Friday and Saturday closed to the public.
